(i) Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, preferably Engineering, Town Planning, Architecture, Project Management, Urban Planning and Land Management. (ii) Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the relevant field. OR A civil servant with at least twenty (20) years of experience in the public sector in BS-20 or BS-21, including five (05) years as head of an organization/department.
