- Qualifications and Experience:
- A First Class Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration, Strategic and Security Studies, or International Relations.
- Three years of experience in Pakistan Administrative Staff College/NIPAS/NDU as Directing Staff, Chief Instructor, or Director General.
- OR, retired Civil Servant of AJ&K BS-21/22 from Administrative Service, Secretariat Service, Police Service, or officers of Armed Forces not below the rank of Brigadier and equivalent, and NDU/NMC qualified.
- Method of Recruitment: Contract-based
- Age Limit: As decided by the Board of Governors of KIM
- Quota: Open Merit
- Terms of Appointment:
- The initial term is three years, based on recommendations from the Board of Governors of KIM.
- Terms and conditions are as per Contract Policy, 2006.
- The selected candidate will receive pay, allowances, perks, and privileges equivalent to BS-20.
