How to Apply
Applications on prescribed forms. Forms for Postgraduate Training can be obtained from the Postgraduate Section of Capital Hospital from 26.06.2026 to 30.06.2026. Forms for House Job Training can be obtained from the Admin Section of the Hospital from 06.07.2026 to 11.07.2026. Application forms can also be downloaded from the CDA website: www.cda.gov.pk. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview. Incomplete and late submitted applications will not be entertained. No separate call letter will be issued for interview; candidates should remain in contact with Hospital Management.
