The SECP is seeking applications for the following position in its Mergers & Restructuring Department on an open-merit basis:

Requirements |
| Qualification |
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, or Law from an HEC-recognized university, OR a qualified CA/CMA/ACCA. |
| Experience |
At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance or financial restructuring. Preferably 3 years of hands-on experience in managing mergers and acquisitions. For CAs, articleship counts toward experience. |
| Nature of Employment |
Contractual for three (3) years, extendable based on performance and need. Possibility of regularization after 3 years. |
| Age Limit |
Maximum 50 years at the time of application. |
