Position: Assessment Specialist Consultant (C1)

Number of Posts: 01

1. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Assessment, Statistics, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
• Specialized training in educational measurement or data analytics is an advantage.

2. Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in education assessment and large-scale surveys.
• Experience in designing and implementing Early Grade Reading Assessments (EGRA).
• Proven ability to provide technical oversight and advisory support to government institutions (e.g., DCAR, PITE).
• Familiarity with the Sindh education sector and World Bank-funded projects.

3. Key Skills:

• Expertise in sampling methodologies and data quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical software.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
