Project Director (PPS-09)

Qualification: Master's Degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related fields from an HEC- recognized university. Higher qualifications (MPA, MBA, MPhil, or foreign degrees) will be considered an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, management, public administration, district administration, education, or the development sector. Proven expertise in project planning and implementation, financial management systems, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, and procurement management (Foreign funded projects and BPPRA). Demonstrated experience in ICT innovations, data management, and analysis. Strong knowledge of the education sector, governance, and financial systems in Balochistan. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in planning and executing foreign donor-funded projects.
