Important Instructions, Terms & Conditions:

1. Only candidates with the required educational qualifications for each post are eligible to apply.

3. The candidate must be a resident of Balochistan and not exceed 55 years of age.

6. Vacancies are subject to change and may be increased or decreased.

8. The list of verified vacant positions by Union Council is available on the websites of the Education Department and the Government of Balochistan (www.emis.gob.pk, www.balochistan.gov.pk).
9. Domicile for urban areas will be according to the limits of the Municipal Corporation/Committee/Town Committee, while for rural areas, it will be according to the Union Council.
10. Merit lists for disabled persons and minorities will be prepared based on their respective quotas and the policy issued by the Government of Balochistan. Only one disability type will be accepted per application.
11. Merit lists will be prepared according to the verified vacant positions. The Education Department and the Government of Balochistan reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.
12. Appointments will be made according to the contract rules of the Government of Balochistan.
13. In case of selection, candidates must submit verified educational documents from recognized educational institutions.
14. Any educational certificate or degree obtained from an unrecognized institution will be considered invalid, and the employment will be terminated without notice at any time.

Ranking Criteria or Weightage Formula for the past and preparation of final merit lists

Marks of the eligible candidates shall be calculated as follows:

• Matriculation: 20%
• Intermediate: 30%
• Graduation (Bachelor's Degree): 50%

Total Merit Marks: 100%

• A minimum of 50% marks is required for consideration.
• The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the academic qualifications.
• In case of a tie, the candidate older in age will be preferred.
• The selection committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.
