• 6. General age relaxation 05 years as per civil servant rules of the Govt. of Punjab.

• Eligibility Criteria (Qualification/Experience): MBA/MPA Master in Social Sciences/Civil Engineer/Computer Science/Agriculture/Disaster Management/ Rural Development / Urban Development of equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated computer skill (proficiency in using computer desktop application MS office

  (word, excel and PowerPoint).

• Should have at least experience of 03 years in Disaster Management.

• Should have experience of at least 5 years in the relevant field in any public/private sector/ NGOs development projects.

• Should have adequate knowledge of mutli-hazard vulnerability risk assessment and disaster risk reduction technique, must have strong communication skills, be able to articulate solutions, and be comfortable participating on a team that may challenge those solutions.

• Skilled at active listening and capable of facilitation discussions.

• Should have at least 10 years experience of Provincial or District Govt. or public sector.

• Should have experience of handling field surveys/FGDs.
