- Community Investment Officer
- Department: Sustainability/Community Development
- Location: Nokkundi, Balochistan
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in community development, social impact assessment, or corporate social responsibility within the mining or development sector. Proven experience in projects related to education, health, water, environment, food security, livelihood, and economic development is required.
- Requirements: Experience in grant management, project implementation, and monitoring and evaluation, with strong skills in financial analysis and budgeting. The ideal candidate should be adept at stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and ESG best practices, with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities: Overseeing community programs in various sectors, developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, managing budgets, conducting financial analyses, aligning initiatives with international standards, tracking indicators, and ensuring compliance with CSR and reporting standards.
