General Information for Temporary / Non Consultancy / PLA Basis posts:

Applications should be submitted on the prescribed proforma (available on along with attested copies of documents (CNIC, Domicile, Academic & Experience Certificates) to the Admin Branch, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, through courier by 02nd April, 2026 (Thursday).
Selection shall be made on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis, strictly on merit against the posts created by the BOM / Administrative Committee.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to make any change in policy, schedule, or number of posts, etc.
Appointment on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis shall not confer any right upon the appointee for regular appointment.
The Competent Authority is authorized to terminate the services of an appointee engaged on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis without assigning any reason or prior notice on account of poor performance, undesirable conduct, or unauthorized / willful absence from duty.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time.
General relaxation in the upper age limit shall be granted in accordance with Government policy.
A monthly package, equivalent to the relevant BPS, will be offered as approved by the Administrative Committee as well as by the Government.
Quotas reserved for disabled persons, children of employees, women, and minorities shall be observed as per Government policy.
Candidates possessing higher qualifications, relevant experience, or experience in cardiac hospitals will be given preference.
Candidates who are Government servants or working in autonomous institutions should apply through the proper channel.
The schedule for the test / interview will be communicated telephonically only to the eligible candidates after scrutiny of the applications.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
