R-FPAP seeks a dynamic leader to propel the organization into the next level.
The CEO will be R-FPAP's principal spokesperson in a global network of civil society government, corporate and Inter-governmental stakeholders and should be able to generate interest and resources to further R-FPAP's Strategic Plan Responsibilities include strategic planning financial management, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy at both national and international levels.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in sexual and reproductive health and family planning, strong management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Requirements include a Ph.D.M.PhiMS in Social Health Sciences with more than 12 years of experience in governance and organizational management with leadership experience in the NGO andior Government Sector, preferably with international exposure and a demonstrable record of achievement in leading diverse professional teams.
