• Education: Master's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. • Experience: Retired Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent rank from the Armed Forces. • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years. • Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years in management, with 10 years in security in a large public-sector military setup.
