Minimum Qualification: PhD in Intelligence & Security Studies, Security Studies, International Politics & Security Studies, Strategic Studies, IR, or Peace and Conflict Studies from an HEC-recognized national or international university. Experience: 10 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or a postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization; OR 5 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization. Minimum Number of Publications: 10 research publications with at least 4 in the last 5 years as per HEC's recognized journal.

Other Terms and Conditions:
- Applicants working in government, semi-government organizations, corporations, and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
- Applicants for Associate Professor and Assistant Professor positions must submit five bound copies of their applications/dossiers along with a soft copy in PDF format on the prescribed proforma, including attested documents (degrees/certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile) and two recent photographs, with a Pay Order, Bank Draft, or paid Challan (only HBL, QAU branch Account No. 0002940002588203) for Rs. 2,000 for each position, in favor of the Acting Director, National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. Pakistani nationals from abroad can send applications with US $100 as an application fee.
- Applications should reach the office of the Acting Director, National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies, QAU, within 45 days from the date of the advertisement.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained at the time of the interview.

- Selected candidates will be governed by the Institute's service statutes, rules, and regulations.
