- Applications duly filled/completed in all respect with 2-attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, educational testimonials, domicile and CNIC should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin) along with Pay Order/Bank Draft (any bank) or through bank Challan from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch of Rs.1,000/- non-refundable drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad on or before 15-days from the date of publication of advertisement, during office hours.
- Application form may be obtained either from Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or downloaded from university website i.e..
- Incomplete applications or the applications received after due date, will not be entertained.

- Applicants already working in Government/Semi Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel supported with service certificate and NOC issued by the present employer. However University may entertain advance copies, if clearly mentioned.
