- A qualified expert in all aspects of financial management, preferably with a background of extensive experience in technical related industries. Capital budgeting and managerial accounting. Financial forecasting, preparation of budget, accounting, and auditing preferably experienced in both the private and public sectors.

- CA/ACMA/ACCA/M.COM/MBA-Finance from a HEC recognized university with at least 7 years post qualification experience of dealing affairs of accounts/procurcment matters in Government, semi Government or Private Organization. In case of dual qualification such as both Master's degree in relevant field and a professional qualification, the requisite experience would be 5 years. Power sector experience candidate will be preferred.
