Important Instructions

- Candidates should ensure that they possess the prescribed qualifications and experience, as per the Service Rules, on the closing date.
- In the case of equivalent qualifications, the candidate will be required to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
- The experience, if any, should be relevant and gained after acquiring the prescribed qualification.
- For candidates applying against the seats reserved for employees of Punjab Government/ Autonomous Bodies, a certificate from their respective department/organization will be required.
- Candidates seeking age relaxation should provide documentary evidence in support of their claim.
- The candidates should ensure while applying for particular posts that they have obtained/applied for Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PVMC or other relevant regulatory body on or before the closing date and will provide the same at the time of interview if shortlisted.
- The shorthand and typing proficiency test, if required, will be conducted on a computer keyboard.
