Job Details

• Position: Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Organization: Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF)
• Location: Lahore Districts, Pakistan
• Contract Type: Contract basis, extendable upon performance

Responsibilities

• Designing internal control procedures.
• Managing internal audit and risk.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualifications:

  • Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (OR)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (OR)
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (OR)
  • Certified Internal Control Auditor (OR)
  • Master's Degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission

• Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in internal audit, including risk management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in senior management/leadership.

• Added Advantages:

  • Experience with public sector organizations and donor-funded projects.
  • Previous experience as Chief Internal Auditor in a public sector company (as per SECP provisions).
  • Experience in a CIA position.

• Other Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and auditing practices.
  • Sound knowledge of risk assessment and management.
  • Understanding of organizational processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of PPRA rules.
  • Must fulfill 'fit & proper criteria' as per PSC (CG) Rules 2013.

• Age Limit:

  Not more than 55 years as of the application deadline.
