How to Apply?

a. It shall be the duty of Senior Legal Advisor engaged by the Authority to tender legal advice(s), take care and conduct court cases on behalf of the Authority and its officers/officials
b. Senior Legal Advisor engaged by the Authority shall not accept any case to be instituted / filed against the
interests of PLRA.
c. Senior Legal Advisor shall be bound to disclose his conflict of interest to the Authority at the earliest.
d. All the instances of breach of professional conduct by Senior Legal Advisor shall be promptly reported tothe
respective Bar Council for the initiation of appropriate proceeding.
Provided that PLRA shall be entitled to recover damages for indemnification of loss caused due to professional misconduct.
e. Advocate engaged by PLRA shall sign a non-disclosure agreement with PLRA.
General Instructions: 1. Interested candidates must submit the following with documentary evidence:
a) Total experience in service matters
b) Total experience in revenue matters c) Total No. of Judgements Quoted/published
2. In addition to above mentioned General Instructions, all candidates must submit the Curriculum
Vitae (CV) along with attested copies of all educational degrees/certificates/marksheets, experience
letters, advocacy license of Supreme Court Bar, domicile, CNIC and two passport size photographs
on below mentioned address through post/courier by clearly mentioning their name, postal address
and contact number on the envelope by 16 December, 2024 till 05:00 p.m.
3. Authority reserves the right to call off the engagement/ hiring process at any stage.
4. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview for which no TA/DA shall be admissible.
5. Any application incomplete in any regard and received after the scheduled date & time shall not be
entertained.
