How to Apply?

• Master's Degree in Groundwater Hydrology/Hydro-Geology/Water Resources Engineering/Water Resources Management He will have at least ten years professional experience in the development of groundwater flow and contaminant transport models including the extensive use of the MODFLOW, GMS, GW vista and other similar models.
• Master's Degree in Groundwater Hydrology/Hydro-Geology/Water Resources Engineering/Water Resources Management He will have at least two years professional experience in the development of groundwater flow and contaminant transport models preferable MODFLOW, monitoring and management
• Master's Degree in GIS/RS or other appropriate field of data management having professional experience in GIS database development of Water Resources Systems. He will have at least five years professional experience in establishing broad-based data networks and at least five years in development of GIS-based water resources databases
• Master degree in Social Sciences/Agricultural Economic/Environmental sciences with 5 years' experience of working in the agriculture sector.
• 3. Expressions of Interest with covering letter addressed to the Chief Engineer Research along with detailed C.V indicating qualification, experience, list of similar assignments undertaken during the last five to eight years alongwith time duration of each assignment and description of the nature and scope of work, attested copies of I.D card, domicile certificate, educational certificates and experience certificates should reach in the office of undersigned up to 20-03-2024 by the closing of the office hours (05:00 pm).
• 4. A sealed separate envelope containing financial bid for the assignment period may also be enclosed.
• 5. Undertaking that the consultant has not been black listed or declared ineligible by any Government/ Semi Government Organization.
• 6. Detailed Terms of References & Scope of work (in English) for the assignment are available in office of the undersigned during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, except public holidays or can be downloaded from the website http://irrigation.punjab.gov.pk/.
• 7. Consultants are requested to provide only that material which is specific to the proposed services, and avoid submitting generic promotional literature.
• 8. Selection of the Individual Consultants shall be processed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended upto date
• 9. Short listing will be made on the basis of qualification and experience.
• 10. The above consultants are required on project basis upto 30.09.2024 and Agreement will be terminated at any time due to non-availability of funds without any notice.
• 11. Only Shortlisted consultants will be called for interview.
• 12. Consultants have to bring their original certificates/documents at the time of interview.
• 13. No TA/DA will be admissible in this regard.
