Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Qualifications: Must be a member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW).
Experience: Requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, and audit, with at least 6 years in a financial management position. Experience in public sector organizations and infrastructure projects is advantageous.
Other Requirements: Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, ERP, and PPRA rules.
Age: Minimum 40 years.
Company Secretary:
Qualifications: Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries, or hold a master's degree in business administration, commerce, or law with at least five years of relevant experience.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Age: Minimum 40 years.
