- Interested candidates must apply online through the application form available at the PHEC website by 25th September 2025 as well as duly signed hard copy of the online application form, along with CV, copy of CNIC, attested copies of educational and professional experience certificates, and a recent passport-sized photograph, must reach the undersigned by 26th September 2025 (05:00 pm) through registered courier/post only.
- Applications will only be entertained after submission of a valid Bank Draft / Pay Order / Digital Bank Transfer / Deposit Slip, for serial no. 1-5: Rs. 2,000/-, for serial no. 6-12: Rs. 1,500/- and for serial no. 13-25: Rs. 1,000/- In favor of Punjab Higher Education Commission, The Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045615700054, Branch Code 0320.
- A separate application must be submitted for each post. The name of the post should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
- Candidates already in service should apply through the proper channel (with Departmental NOC).
- These positions are also available on a deputation basis for serving government officers/officials, as per the deputation policy.
- Applicants must hold Punjab domicile.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
