General Criteria for Positions

Each role specifies distinct requirements, generally structured as follows:

Education: Master's degree, 16 years of education, or professional qualifications (like CA/ACMA/ACCA for finance roles) from HEC-recognized local or foreign universities. Higher degrees (M.Phil/Ph.D) are preferred for senior roles.

Experience: Post-qualification experience ranging from 3 to 10+ years in relevant fields, with a preference for experience in public sector organizations, government projects, or large-scale educational programs.

Age Limit: Typically ranges from 25–35 years for assistant roles and up to 45–55 years for director-level positions.
