Position
How to Apply?
- Applicant shall be a law graduate from HEC recognized university having at least 5
- years of active experience as an advocate of lower courts & high court.
- Working experience with the Government organization will be preferred.
- In addition to the active practice, the candidate must have in depth knowledge of the
- civil, corporate, labor, arbitration laws and issues involved in such matters.
- 2. The candidate must have strong abilities in both verbal and written communication, as
- well as a keen analytical understanding of legal matters and issues regarding the company.
- 3. During the tenure the legal advisor so appointed shall not appear in any court of law in matter detrimental to the interest of the company nor represent any office agency against the company.
- 4. The engagement shall be initially be made for a period of one year which may be
- extendable subject to approval from competent authority.
- 5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible
- to the candidates.
- 6. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
- 7. The company reserves the right to reject all applications without assigning reasona thereof.
