All posts are on a contract basis for the duration of the project.

Sr.	Name of Post	Pay Scale (PPS)	Minimum Qualification & Experience
1	Project Engineer / Deputy Project Director	PPS-8	BSc Civil Engineering; PEC registration mandatory. Min. 10 years relevant experience. Age: 35–62 years.
2	Procurement Specialist	PPS-7	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance. Min. 7 years experience. Knowledge of PPRA/BPPRA rules.
3	Office Superintendent	PPS-7	Bachelor’s degree. Min. 7 years experience in office/record management. Posting: Quetta.
4	Site Engineer	PPS-7	BSc Civil Engineering; PEC registration preferred. Min. 5 years experience in infrastructure projects.
5	Head Clerk / Assistant	PPS-6	Bachelor’s degree. Min. 5 years experience in clerical/administrative work.
6	Accounts Clerk	PPS-6	B.Com / BBA (Finance). Min. 3 years experience in accounts and financial record keeping.
7	Junior Clerk / Computer Operator	PPS-6	Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree. Typing speed min. 30 wpm. Computer literacy (MS Office) mandatory.
8	Messengers	PPS-1	Middle pass. Relevant experience preferred.
9	Drivers	PPS-2	Middle pass with valid LTV/HTV driving license. Min. 3 years experience.
10	Security Guard / Chowkidar	PPS-1	Middle pass. Retired armed forces personnel preferred.
11	Cook	PPS-1	Literate with relevant cooking experience.
12	Naib Qasid	PPS-2	Middle pass. Relevant experience preferred.

Terms & Conditions

Preference: Candidates from the local area/division of Gwadar and Makran will be given preference.
