- Medical/Dental graduate with a Master's degree in health management/public health or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution/university.

- Certification with a healthcare service accreditation/certification body will be an added advantage.

- At least ten years of post-qualification experience in management positions in public/private sectors with adequate knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to healthcare establishments and licensing. Preference will be given to candidates who can provide experience in planning, development, standardization, accreditation, and regulation of healthcare institutions.

- At least fifteen years of national or international post-qualification experience, with a verifiable track record at senior management positions in the development/public/private sector.

- Certification in human resources and procurement from a local or international university/institution will be an added advantage.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The post shall be filled on a contract basis with an attractive market-based salary, commensurate with education and experience.
