Position	Qualification	Experience
Chief Financial Officer	Chartered Accountant	Minimum 18 years of experience, preferably in an E&P company. Full understanding of managing and overseeing finances and accounts of an E&P company. Experience in financial planning, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. Experience in treasury preparation and stewardship.
Senior Petroleum Economist	CFA or MBA in Finance	Minimum 18 years of practical experience in oil and gas full cycle economics with sensitivity. Knowledge of oil and gas regulations. Proficiency in financial methods of upstream business. Experience in corporate risk profile.
Senior Manager Geology	Master's degree in Geology (16 years of education)	Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in a reputable E&P company. Experience in well logging and wireline log interpretation. Knowledge of operations geology.
Senior Manager Geophysics	Master's degree in Geophysics (16 years of education)	Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in a reputable E&P company. Practical experience with petrel, Kingdom, and Landmark software. Interpretation and mapping of 2D/3D seismic data for prospect validation. Experience in seismic acquisition and processing.
Senior Manager Reservoir Engineer	Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering (16 years of education)	Minimum 15 years experience in a reputable company. Familiarity with reservoir simulation. Experience in reservoir performance and management, reservoir characterization, and estimation of hydrocarbon resources. Knowledge of oil and gas field development and production.
Draftsman	Qualification: Corel Draw, PowerPoint presentations, and ArcGIS proficiency is mandatory.	Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a draftsman in the oil and gas industry. Must have GIS certification.
