Senior Executive Director (Security) (E-6) (01 Position)	Qualification: Master in Defence/Security studies from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Candidate having the foreign qualification will be given preference. <br> Persons retired from Armed Forces of Pakistan not below the rank of Brigadier, are eligible to apply, the incumbent will manage and ensure overall internal and external security, planning & coordination affairs of the organization. He must have served in Armed Forces on key security, management and strategic planning positions etc.	18 years	55 years

Role & Responsibilities:

To manage all aspects of Security operations and provide the leadership required to ensure that the proper policies and procedures are in place for a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, assets, confidential or proprietary information in a cost effective manner.
To derive & enforce the security policy and provides required capabilities. To withstand certain security threats, vulnerabilities and risks.
To Plan and Coordinate organizational relation to other organizations.
To develop and implement security policies and procedures.
To train and supervise security personnel, plan, coordinate security operations, emergencies for specific events.
To investigate and resolve security related issues and prepare reports for Authority, conveying security status.
Any other assignment as assigned by the organization from time to time.
Persons working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous bodies/Semi-autonomous bodies, Corporations etc should apply through proper channel and if selected, will have to resign or seek retirement from the current post/organization before joining the organization.
Candidates having working experience in Government and Autonomous bodies will be given preference based on their relevant experience.
Only the most suitable shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and selection will be made purely on merit.
The Organization will determine the market base salary package as per the candidate relevant qualification and experience.
