1	Director General Capacity Building & Development (OG-II)	1	Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences from HEC recognized university in Pakistan or abroad should possess strong analytical and managerial skills with 14 years post qualifications experience in BS-17 and above or equivalent in a government or semi government or autonomous or a reputed private organization with track record of managing high profile initiatives with proven experience of business/program analysis and reporting skills must be capable of managing a portfolio of projects at a time. Age 38-45 years

Note: i. General age relaxation of five years in the upper age limit as per Government policy.
ii. Only those candidates possessing certificates/Degrees from the institutions recognized by the Government/HEC are eligible to apply.
iii. Persons already in Government Service may apply through the proper channel.
iv. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
v. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
