Executive Director (HR) (01 Position) (Head Office, Islamabad)	* MBA(HR)/Master with major in HRM or equivalent from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Qualification in law will be considered as an additional advantage. <br> * Minimum five (5) years being the Head of Department in a major/multinational organization. <br> * Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills. <br> * In-depth knowledge of Service/ Employment Laws & HR best practices. <br> * Oil & Gas industry experience or working experience with multinational shall be preferred.	13 years	50 years
