Master's degree in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline from an accredited, recognized university. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience on data management roles, specifically in the fields of education. Demonstrated ability to handle database, develop analytical reports, and successfully communicate and coordinate among key stakeholders. Sound understanding of the education landscape of Balochistan. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining partnerships with government institutions and development partners.

Give technical guidance and support to district-level data collection teams and other EMIS staff. Provide technical support and strategic advice to decision-makers, helping them utilize EMIS and RTSM data to develop evidence-based policies and improve operational efficiency. Strong understanding of the education sector in Pakistan, particularly in Balochistan. Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex situations and develop statistical reports with practical solutions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Efficient in ensuring that data meets the diverse needs of all stakeholders, from teachers to senior management. Proactive and result oriented.
