CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (CHRO)

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or social sciences from a reputed, HEC recognized national or international institution. Preferably, advanced degree in a relevant field, international qualification, international experience or membership of professional HR organizations.

At least 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in a senior executive leadership role reporting directly to the head of HR or CEO of a large public or private sector organization. <br> Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and leadership skills. <br> Proven track record of working in teams, achieving management objectives and maintaining effective liaison with stakeholders. <br> Complies with the Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed in Schedule IV of the State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
