1	Chief Operating Officer	20 years of relevant experience in private/public sector organizations, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience at a senior level in the Construction Industry.	BS Civil Engineering or equivalent with Master's in Management Sciences/MBA/Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Must be a professional engineer registered with PEC.	55 years (Age relaxation may be given in case of higher experience and qualification).	Male/Female
2	Chief Financial Officer	15 years of relevant experience in private/public sector organizations, with a minimum of 5 years of Construction Accounting Management experience at a senior position. Hands-on experience of IFRS-15 is required.	Member of recognized body of professional accountants. CA/CPA/ACCA/FCMA/MBA Finance/Master's Degree in Finance from a University recognized by HEC.	55 years	Male/Female
3	Chief Internal Auditor	15 years of relevant experience in private/public sector organizations, with a minimum of 5 years of Audit & Accounts experience in the relevant Construction Industry at a senior position.	Member of recognized body of professional accountants. Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Internal Control Auditor, CA/CPA/ACCA/FCMA/Master's degree in Finance from a university recognized by HEC.	55 years	Male/Female

Note:

Services are required on a contract basis initially for a period of three (3) years, which can be extended based on satisfactory performance.
The company's salary package will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
