- It is mandatory to attach attested copies of educational certificates, domicile certificate, character certificate, and computerised national identity card with the application. Original certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.
- Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 13, 2026, during office hours. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Government employees can send their applications through their respective departments.
- Interviews for Serial No. 1 and 2 will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Kotli, District Headquarter Complex (Selection Committee will be present).
- Interviews for Serial No. 3 to 7 will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Assistant Engineer Public Health Engineering Sub Division PHE O/S Kamal (Selection Committee will be present).
- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates appearing for the interview.
