Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (Improvement of Quetta Water Supply)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or any water related specialization (Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation, Water Resources Management, etc.) from a foreign university or HEC recognized Pakistani university. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and infrastructure management of development projects, of which at least 5 years in water sector development including water supply, sanitation, water resources management or other water related sub-sectors. Experience working with urban water and sanitation agencies in Pakistan such as WASAS, PHEDS, water sector companies/ authorities/boards, etc. is preferred (but not mandatory). Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Experience in management of donor-funded projects is preferred (but not mandatory).
