How to Apply?

• Applications will be submitted to the DHO office at Le Keuna within 15 days of the publication of the newspaper advertisement. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Application form can be obtained from DHO Office Haveli Kahota during office hours along with fee of Rs.200.
• For the appointment of Lady Health Workers, married candidates will be given Kotar B.
• Along with the application, attach the attested copies of educational certificates, domicile back, show cat ID card and technical school certificate.
• A separate call letter will be issued for the interview.
• During the test interview the original will be checked. Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
• The Superintendent will also have the power to change the date of appointment or cancel the advertisement.
• No travel expenses or allowances will be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview.
