Bachelor's / master's degree in social sciences, development planning, statistics, Engineering, or related technical fields.

Minimum five (05) years of professional experience at national/provincial level in program monitoring and evaluation and Practical experience in community based research, especially in the infrastructure development sector, is desirable.

Master's degree in management / social science.

Minimum Five (05) years of relevant experience. Experience of working with INGOs/donor agencies/World Bank preferred, Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to meet targets within stringent deadlines. Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability and cultural sensitivity and Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

B.E Civil Engineering is required.

Three (03) years of experience as Program Officer/ Project Engineer or in office support functions (preferably with National & International NGO).
