Prime Foundation (PF) is a registered "not for profit" organization endeavoring for societal uplift since last 18 years through a host of educational, healthcare, humanitarian and relief programs and projects in close collaboration with the national and international organizations as well as Department of Health and UN Systems. It's hallmark educational and healthcare institutions are Peshawar Medical College, Peshawar Dental College, Rufaidah Nursing College, Prime Institute of Public Health, and Prime Institute of Allied Health Sciences; the Mercy Teaching Hospital, Kuwait Teaching Hospital, Prime Teaching Hospital and a Community Health & Development Center at Garhi Sherdad, Peshawar. The Foundation is looking for an energetic and experiencedindividual for the position of Chief Financial Officerwho is required to possess the following experience/abilities. ➤ Providing leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team in the institutions established by the Foundation;
➤ Providing strategic financial inputs for decision making on issues affecting the financial capability of the Foundation;
➤ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports and statements;
➤ Performing risk management by analyzing the liabilities and investment strategies with consideration of cashand liquidity risks;
➤ Implementing financial policies/processes of the Foundationfor ensuring high degree of financial discipline, timely and reliable reporting of financial results;
➤ Arranging finances for projects of the Foundation through banks, commercial financial institutions as well as government and non-government funding, in conformity with the policies/vision and mission of the Foundation;
➤ Preparation and monitoring of the annual operating and capital budgets; SKILLS:
➤ Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Keep updated on latest rules/regulation of all concerned Government bodies.
➤ Shariaah Compliant Financial management.
