Applications are invited from suitable candidates purely on a contract basis for a period of one (01) year under a Governance & Policy Reforms Programme, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

| Research & Policy Analyst |
• Minimum of 16 years of education in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or any other relevant field. |
• A minimum of five (05) years of relevant professional experience in the public, private, or development sector. |
| No. of Positions = 05 |
• Preference will be given based on the quality of the degree (top-tier International universities, national centers of excellence, etc.). |
• Experience working with government or foreign-funded projects is preferred. |

• Master's degree and additional relevant qualifications are preferred. |
• A demonstrable track record of outstanding achievement and leadership experience. |
|
|
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint). |
|
|
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills. |
Recruitment Procedure
- Phase-I: Shortlisting based on academic credentials, CV quality, cover letter, professional records, and reference checks.
- Phase-II: Standardized Aptitude Test for shortlisted candidates to assess basic proficiency, technical competency, and strategic skills (Case Study / Problem Solving approach).
- Phase-III: Detailed Interviews for final evaluation of job requirements.
Note: Marks will not be carried forward from one phase to the next.
