Terms & Conditions:
- It is mandatory to attach attested copies of educational certificates, technical certificates, domicile certificate, character certificate, and computerized National Identity Card with the application. Original certificates must be presented to the selection committee at the time of the interview.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Class-I.
- Applications must be submitted during office hours by 14-02-2026. Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Employees already working in this department are eligible to apply through the proper channel.
- The test/interview will be held on 17-02-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer Buildings Headquarters Sub-Division (Chairman Selection Committee) Block A, District Complex Rawalakot.
- The competent authority reserves the right to amend or cancel the published advertisement or increase/decrease the number of posts without any notice.
- Punctuality is extremely important; latecomers will not be included in the test/interview.
- No daily allowance or travel expenses (TA/DA) will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
