• The ideal candidate should be a member of a recognised body of professional accountants or possess a
• postgraduate degree either in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics,
• Capital Market & Financial Services or other related disciplines from a university (local or foreign)
• recognised by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan, or equivalent. The candidate should have a
• minimum experience of 7 years in a senior level managerial position at the securities exchange (domestic
• or international) or has served in a senior management position for at least 7 years or as CEO for a
• period of 5 years in any other organization in the financial services sector with a proven successful track
• record. The candidate should have demonstrated, through his qualifications and experience, the capacity
• to successfully undertake the cognate responsibilities of the position.
