Lead the Project Controls Team during the FEED and EPC phases of the Project. Development and implementation of Project Management Plan.

Responsible for overall coordination of project controls including reporting, cost control, planning, estimating and document control. Responsible for provision of services to support the management team's decision-making, including schedules, manpower plans, budgets, progress and productivity reports.

Responsible for steering and ensuring that Project scope and Project specifications are consistently met and complied to during the FEED and EPC phases.

Closely coordinate with FEED & EPC contractors, licensors and PMC.

Conduct risk analysis, management of change, early identification of adverse trends and implementation of mitigation strategies.

Implementation of Project Management strategies, best practices, standards to optimize the schedule timeline and cost across all Project phases.

Proactively identify and mitigate program risks. Responsible for scope and change orders management.

Lead development of WBS. Establish and oversee Project Earned Value Management System and monitor the schedule and cost performance indices. Accountable for monitoring and forecasting project's costs.

Must hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 20+ years of project controls experience for mega projects in the refining/petrochemical industry with 10+ years in similar role. PMP Certification highly desirable.

Prime point of contact for FEED & EPC contractors, licensors and PMC on contracting and procurement matters.

Lead and manage all contract and procurement activities.

Responsible for contract management (including development of tender documents, PQ, tendering, evaluation, award recommendations and expediting) during FEED and EPC phases.

Thorough knowledge of global contracting marketplace (FEED, EPC, PMC) and global procurement practices.

Experienced in managing entire procurement cycle, negotiations, vendor/contractor evaluation, improvement in deliveries, expediting orders, shipment, clearance and warehousing.

Responsible for all pre and post ordering/procurement activities.

Experienced in cost estimation, contractual risk analysis, claim and conflict management. Must hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA, having 20+ years experience in mega project of refining/petrochemical industry.

LEAD INSTRUMENTS & CONTROL ENGINEER

Responsible for all I & C activities during the project life cycle, specifically FEED and EPC phases of the project, development of engineering and technical specifications, conceptual design & logic diagrams, I/O List, control narratives etc. to required applicable standards and cost estimation.

Extensive experience in designing architecture and selecting systems like DCS, ESD, SIS, BMS, SCADA, PLCs, Telecommunication (CCTV, ACS, PA/GA).

Experienced and proficient in all Functional Safety Aspects including HAZOP, LOPA, SIS, SIL. Responsible for overall I&C group activities during FEED and EPC phases, site support during construction and commissioning phase, verification/updating as-built documentation.

Must hold Bachelor's degree in Instruments/Electronics Engineering, having 15+ years experience of I&C design & engineering in the refining/petrochemical industry.
