ROLE PROFILE
-
The CEO will be responsible for the Leadership, Management and Supervision of the company's affairs in alignment of strategic objectives of EOBI, its mandate, Policies and directions approved by the Board. The CEO will oversee the management of EOBI's real estate portfolio, Commercial Development & Construction related Litigations/Arbitrations, Contract Management, Feasibility study, Financial / Property valuations and due diligence of the new projects.

The CEO will provide guidance and assistance to the Board to discharge its oversight responsibilities.

The maximum age limit for the post is 55 years.

The tenure of appointment would be three (03) years.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Master's in Civil Engineering OR MBA with Bachelors in Civil Engineering/ Masters in Construction Management/ Masters in Project Management. Minimum 20 years' post qualification experience in FIDIC based construction contracts, Procurements based on Government framework, Contract Administration & Management. The candidates with Real Estate Management experience shall have added advantage. Minimum 10 years' experience at any Senior Level Supervisory Position or at least 5 years' experience as CEO is Mandatory.

The candidate should possess high values of integrity and ethics with strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to: Lead and manage the team and business.

Articulate a compelling vision with the ability to translate strategy into action plans.

Develop future business plans and strategy for real estate asset management.

Experience of FIDIC based Construction Contracts & Procurement's based on Government Framework is a must.

Adherence to regulatory and governance requirement setting the right tone at the top of the organization.
