How to Apply?
1. Quotations are invited from the reputed travel agents, on the approved list of PIA / IATA with established business at Rawalpindi / Islamabad for provision of air passage booking on credit basis for inland/ abroad travel and related services such as provision of foreign exchange, assistance in visa endorsement, issuance of tickets, changing / reconfirmation and cancellation of tickets without charges.
2. The travel agency should have potential and credibility in following areas: - a. IATA registered with valid IATA number.
b. Effective linkage with Amadeus System having direct access with reputable airlines, hotels etc, worldwide.
c. Connected with GDS (Global Distribution System) CDN (Consolidated Data Network) and capable of providing relevant facilities to the clients. d. 2-3 year experience in working with Govt. Organizations.
e. Security wise cleared.
f. Due to austerity measures, offer cheapest air tickets for travelling inland/abroad.
3. Quotations should reach to the undersigned up to 30th May 2024 in
duplicate in sealed envelope. The undersigned would have the right to reject the offers without assigning any reason. Moreover, offers received after deadline will not be entertained.
