• Advance Diploma in Art & Culinary Professional Baking or relevant qualification <br> • Relevant certificates/course in Culinary Management will be added advantage

• Professional work experience at least 03 years (for BPS-15) and 06 years (for BPS-16) in culinary industry including large scale or institutional cooking <br> • Practical Teaching Experience in different cuisines and gastronomy

Requirements:
- Experience in bulk cooking operations, including menu scaling, batch preparation, portion control and high-volume service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Teach VIP level culinary techniques.
- Communication, writing and analytical skills
- Ability to impart both theoretical and practical knowledge to students
- Ability to train students in high pressure, time-sensitive cooking environments, stimulating real military kitchen operations
- Knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques and global cuisine.
