The Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is seeking experienced arbitrators for prequalification to join a panel of distinguished arbitrators. The PEC invites qualified individuals with a proven track record of excellence, fairness, objectivity, and a commitment to resolving complex disputes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Qualifications: Candidates must possess relevant qualifications in the subject matter of disputes, such as construction or engineering services.
- Arbitration Experience: Demonstrated experience as an arbitrator, including the ability to draft clear and comprehensive arbitral awards.
- Track Record: A proven history of successfully managing arbitration cases.
