PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Senior Manager OTT:
PCB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our OTT strategy and operations. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive growth, engagement, and revenue for PCB's OTT platform.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD:
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
Required Education & Experience:
- Master's in Mass Communication or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OTT, digital media, or related industry
- Strong understanding of OTT platforms, content, and technology
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills
- Computer literacy
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement OTT strategy and roadmap in consultation with the Departmental Head
- Manage OTT content acquisition and production
- Oversee OTT platform operations, including user experience and technical performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans
- Manage partnerships and collaborations
