Sr. No.	Designation	Qualification/Experience
1.	Chief Executive Officer	Qualification: A graduate degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is required. A Master's degree in a relevant field, Project Management, or an MBA is advantageous. Experience: A minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience is required. Experience in managing power projects, particularly hydro projects, at a senior level is preferred. Age: The maximum age limit is 62 years as of March 14, 2025.

Contract: The position is initially for 3 years, extendable as per applicable regulatory provisions, with a 6-month probation period.
Pay Package: A competitive package will be offered, commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and experience, including bachelor accommodation at the project site.
Instructions & General Instructions:
The position is project site-based, located near Muzaffarabad, AJ&K, with frequent travel to Islamabad.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
No TA/DA will be provided for interviewees.
Educational degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities or relevant boards.
Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
NJHPC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.

Candidates who have been dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
