Position Details

• Post: Dean/CEO (01 Post)
• Age: Not more than 65 years on the last date of application submission
• Qualification and Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent with postgraduate Level-II qualification in Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery/Pediatric Cardiology (FCPS/DAB/CCT/MRCP/FRCS) recognized by PMDC (erstwhile PMC)/HEC with at least 15 years of post-qualification (Level-III) relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a leadership position with at least 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Research publications (PubMed/PMDC/HEC) are preferred.
  • Overall combinational experience including Academic, Clinical, Operational, Budgeting, Organizational, and Management will be considered.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance, financial, administrative, analytical, and communication skills are required.

Terms and Conditions

1. The selected candidate must submit an affidavit before joining, declaring they do not own a clinic or hospital or have interests in a healthcare establishment.
2. This is a full-time, non-practicing post.
3. The final appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates, with expenses borne by the candidate.
4. Mandatory documents to be submitted with the application include:
   • Updated CV
   • Educational degrees/diplomas/certificates
   • Valid PMDC (erstwhile PMC) Registration Certificate
   • Good standing certificate from PMDC (erstwhile PMC)
   • Provisional certificates/result cards of all professional examinations
   • Experience certificates issued by competent authorities
   • Valid National Identity Card/Passport
   • Three fresh passport-size photographs
   • Verifiable Research Publications (PubMed/PMDC/HEC)
5. Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit PM&DC (erstwhile PMC)/HEC equivalence certificates.
