Finance Director	01	40–55 years	Master’s in Finance/Economics/MBA or CA/ACCA/CMA. 15 years post-qualification experience, including 8 years in a senior leadership role.
Medical Director	01	40–65 years	MBBS with FCPS/MS/MD or equivalent. 10 years post-fellowship experience, including 5 years in a clinical leadership role and 10 research publications.
Nursing Director	01	40–65 years	BSc Nursing (or equivalent) and Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Management. 15 years post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a nursing leadership role.
