MPhil / Master of Arts in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic and Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations and other relevant subjects of social sciences from HEC recognized institutions. Experience: 15 years of Research/training/teaching experience from a recognized Teaching/research institution OR 15 years of professional/practical experience in the relevant field. Skill Set: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver knowledge/skill enhancement programs for senior leadership; Facilitate holding informed & focused discussions on issues of policy & generate reports; outward-looking with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
